Roles and Responsibilities

Aricent provides offers Marketing, Business Development and Program Management roles which are a good fit for management graduates.

  • Role: Business Development

    At Aricent, this role involves Business Development and Account Management both segment-wise and region-wise.

    The responsibilities include:
    • Direct Revenue(P&L) Targets for Segment
    • Business Acquisition (Presales) Responsibility
      • Prepare and Execute Segment Business Strategy
      • Prepare responses for queries - expertise document, presentations
      • Collaborate with engineering to prepare proposal
      • Handle post-proposal queries and negotiation
      • Contracting
    • Business Operations
      • Plan for expansion of business from existing Accounts
      • Account planning and development
      • Complete business responsibility within that account
      • Work with Delivery team for devising Resource plans, cost, budget and account receivables for the program
      • Maintaining close contact with customer
      • Coordination with Segment Marketing Manager to jointly achieve Revenue targets

  • Role: Marketing Management

    At Aricent, this role involves Technology Marketing for various Telecommunication segments such as WiMAX, LTE, IMS, etc.

    The responsibilities include:
    • Create customer segmentation and identify the target segments
    • Create value propositions for the identified segments
    • Execute marketing campaigns for the identified markets/segments.
    • Create effective delivery mechanisms for "communicating" the segment value propositions/ messaging
    • Formulate and execute Go-To-Market plan
    • Consistent Lead generation

    The Role also involves –
    • Online Marketing - Search engine marketing, Website marketing, professional social networking and other marketing tools to communicate the message
    • Participation in various events such as tradeshows, road shows, industry forums and analyst community
    • Partnership Development and Management
    • Work closely with sales to plan and execute account specific strategies

  • Role: Program Management

    The responsibilities of this role include:

    • Own Business Targets
    • P&L Ownership
    • Work closely with Engineering
    • Drive Programs
      • Program Reviews
      • Customer Relationship
      • Track Milestones and Dependencies
