Aricent offers internship programs to B-School graduates during the period of summer internship (April – May) and autumn internship (Sep-Nov).
As an intern you will be exposed to live assignments, our work culture and values. Interns are made accountable in the projects assigned to them and are expected to produce results. The work of the intern is tracked by the assigned mentor throughout the internship through evaluation and feedback. Exceptional work by the intern and a requirement in the company will lead to long term career opportunity at Aricent.
Projects offered to interns –
Role Offered : Technical Marketing (Software-services).
Role involves market analysis, identification of prospective business opportunities and mapping Aricent capabilities to these opportunities and creation of marketing collaterals. The candidate will be required to interact with the internal business groups, engineering teams and external market analysts.

The Summer Internship at Aricent, provided me an on-the job learning platform in the areas related with technology marketing, Pre-sales Business Analysis and Business Development for Telecom Software Services Industry. As a trainee, I was exposed to the specific implementation details involved in Market Analysis, Prospect Identfication, Value Proposition – Elevator Pitch Creation and activities needed for maturing a new prospect towards revenues.
The entire business development team was extremely supportive, treating me as a part of their team and mentorship provided helped me not only to address the implementation level details but also the macro level scenario.

My experience during Internship at Aricent was quite rewarding. I learnt to analyze and judge problems through various approaches some of which were not known to me before. The structure of the Internship was well designed and gave me an opportunity to execute two live projects in a span of 2 months: One of my project was a Marketing Project where I adopted the approach of Segmenting the Market, Targeting a particular Segment and then Positioning Aricent in that Segment. My other project was a Business Development Project where I adopted the approach of Account Profiling and came up with numbers supporting the technology areas where Aricent should focus. Overall I would say my experience was enriching, I got valuable inputs and work profile that I was looking for, the entire team was very supportive and guided me whenever needed and also took care of my areas of interest. In fact I would say it helped me shape my career as well, since I got a chance to work on two projects in different areas, I could align my strengths and skills accordingly and could identify a roadmap for myself which I think is the most important parameter for a person to grow in his profession.
